1. Identify and cultivate potential customers
2. Provide professional customer service to both current and potential clients
3. Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns to help boost sales results
4. Design, create, and manage to completion all marketing production related efforts such as email marketing campaigns, newsletters, invitations and event materials, etc.
5. Plan, publicize and organize relevant public events
6. Support team to complete different tasks.
1. 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, or Event Planning.
2. Currently enrolled in college/University; Bachelor degree is required, major in Business, Marketing or Advertisement is preferred.
3. Exceptional organization and Communication skills
4. Ability to build and maintain great customer relationships
7. Fluent in both English and Chinese
8. Multi-cultural experience is required
9. Strong social media skills/experience highly preferred
10. Ability to meet deadline and/or targets
11. Ability to work within a team as well as independently
