Launching Pad and American TeoChew Foundation jointly hold the National Day & Mid Autumn Festival celebration party

On the eve of the Mid Autumn Festival, Launching Pad New Silicon Valley Offshore development Center and American TeoChew Foundation jointly held the National Day & Mid Autumn Festival celebration party at Clos de Mayo Vineyard, located in the San Francisco Bay area of Northern California. Partners and friends gather together to share friendship, seek development and celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival. 2020, Covid-19 has affected many enterprises. However, with the help of our friends, we can turn the crisis into an opportunity.

Mr. Louis Lam, Chairman of American TeoChew Foundation & Chairman of Launching Pad, delivered a speech, shared the work the centers have done this year and vision and plans for the future.

 

Looking back over the past half year, we have donated more than 200,000 masks and medical supplies to fire stations, police stations, hospitals, nursing homes and vulnerable groups through Silicon Valley Global and American TeoChew Foundation, and supported the resumption of small businesses in San Francisco's Chinatown. In terms of enterprise transformation and development, Launching Pad together with investment companies of partners, has successively established intelligent community service company, mask production factory, big health medical equipment and other projects, and will establish e-commerce and related product factories in Nevada in the future.

 


The mayors of Livermore and Danville presented certificates of thanks to Mr. Lin Shaohua, honorary chairman of American TeoChew Foundation and Mr. Lin Ming, President of onelin capital. Thanks for their generous donation of masks during the Covid-19 period to help the local community fight the epidemic and tide over the difficulties together. Mr. Louis Lam and several outstanding young people, on behalf of Mr. Lin Shaohua and Mr. Lin Ming, received thank you letters from Livermore and Danville.

 


As the old saying goes, A friend in need is a friend indeed. In the past six months, the world has encountered this catastrophic pandemic, which proves that when our families and friends are strong and united, we can go through any challenges! Mr. Lam thanked David Chan, Cindy Cui, Tammy Li, Danny Zhang, Charles Huang, Yun Wang, Yifan Zhou, Karl Co, Newell, Elaina Li, Lina and Florance Jiang. During this difficult period, they risked their lives to donate medical supplies in person to cities in the Bay Area with him; and went to UPS and post offices to send supplies to those in need!

 

Mr. Newell Arnerich, Mayor of Danville, California; Mr. John Marchand, Mayor of Livermore; Ms. Joyce Liang, founder of CBCLife Financial Services; and Mr. Scott, chairman of Arionbio Life Science & health, delivered speeches respectively to celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, and to express their hope for a better future.

 



Dr. Cindy Cui, co-founder and CEO of Launching Pad, expressed her sincere welcome and thanks to the guests who came to the activity during their busy schedule.



Afterwards, all the guests kept a social distance, enjoyed Chinese and American specialties, tasted the mid autumn customized red wine of Clos de Mayo Vineyard, and received the moon cake gift box.
